FEAST connects community with local farmers and artisans by offering Chef's Table tasting events and pop-up street food in downtown Cedarburg.


We also curate private parties from wine pairing dinners to weddings. FEAST has the flexibility to be around many different tables in the community.

FEAST is now open and initially operating out of the kitchen at Daily Baking Company in Port Washington!

Meet Chef Nicholas

Nicholas Arnold, CEC
Owner & Executive Chef | FEAST

Chef Nicholas Arnold Cooking

Background: 

In 1996, Nicholas Arnold graduated with honors from Moraine Park Technical College in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. He is one of only 3000 Chefs who hold the "Certified Executive Chef" (CEC) designation from the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and he was honored in 2020 to be nominated by his peers as “Chef of the Year.” 

His interest in food started at an early age. Nicholas grew up in Cedarburg and developed a love for local, seasonal foods. In middle school he developed a brownie recipe for his grandmother and those are the brownies he still makes today.

He fondly talks about his first true cooking job at George Webb’s in Cedarburg -- and how very proud he was to cook for local people and watch them enjoy the food he had made.

Using simple but meticulously sourced ingredients paired with  “uncommon technique”  the FEAST team prepares this one of a kind Chef’s Table in the comfortable setting of the Daily Baking Company in Port Washington Wisconsin.  Where every seat is a window seat!

Experience the exceptional ingredients Chef Nicholas brings together to excite and amuse your taste buds. These are derived from a long-trusted group of farmers and artisans who the Chef has discovered during his travels at multiple award winning hotels and private clubs.  The ingredients and those responsible for their production are the cornerstone of Chef’s background.  From Carr Valley and Hook’s cheeses to Foley Fish, Chef wants you to know where your food comes from and why it is important!
